Volunteering

Volunteering

If you have ever wanted to give back to the community you are staying in, while learning tons of cultural nuances and information, then this is the program for you. Every Saturday, in partnership with the JORDAN Youth Innovation Forum, we offer students the opportunity to volunteer within the youth community of our country. Not only will you get to meet the youth that will shape the future of the Middle East, but you will get plenty of opportunities to practice your language studies and engage in community projects that will better the lives of others. This is a truly meaningful opportunity, that will not only benefit those you are helping, but your family as well as you experience a different point of view. We have their programs available, and strive to meet the needs of both our community and our students by working in harmony. (Some long term volunteering programs in the refugee camps available for our students). This is the best opportunity to learn about the country from the inside out, while making a difference in the lives of others.

Weekend Tours

Weekend Tours

We also offer weekends tours to visit (Petra, Dead Sea, wadi rum, aqaba, mount Nebo, Jerash). You will be able to experience the culture and the history of each of these esteemed locations, allowing you to experience the history, the food and the views of our country, helping you to gain a deeper insight into the nation and that of the Middle East. It is a fantastic way to get to know the land that you are staying in and you are sure to learn vast amounts of cultural information on each of your visits and trips around on the weekend. This is handy for students engaging in a full semester of learning, as you will be able to see almost all of the locations over the course of your studies, giving you greater depth and breadth.
